个人简历:张强,男,一本道 讲师。2024年毕业于湖南大学分析化学专业,师从谭蔚泓教授。主要从事于分析化学与分子医学交叉领域的研究,重点包括功能核酸分子设计与肿瘤免疫疗法。目前,在ACS Central Science、Nano Letters等期刊发表17篇SCI论文。曾获一本道 第四届创新创业“校长奖章”,一本道 第一届“科技之星”,最具影响力毕业生等荣誉称号及东宝集团命名奖学金等。
近年来的主要研究工作:
1. 功能核酸分子探针的设计与应用:采用膜锚定的三维DNA探针,在细胞膜界面构建了一系列DNA反应回路,模拟肿瘤免疫中的受体-配体相互作用,响应细胞释放的信号分子,驱动新的细胞-细胞互作网络。
2.基于核酸适体的T细胞免疫疗法开发:针对CAR-T疗法在实体瘤临床应用中的活性调控难题和脱靶问题,设计了核酸适体功能化CAR结构,通过调节核酸适体与抗原结合的亲和力和特异性,实现对CAR-T细胞活性和特异性的精准调控,且无需复杂的基因工程设计。
